In line with Liverpool City Council’s initiative to place emergency bleed kits around the city, Vanguard would like to offer "Stop the Bleed" training to empower our community with life-saving skills. The training will cover essential techniques, including the application of emergency tourniquets, use of haemostatic dressings, and CPR.
