Emergency First Aid @ The Bling 21st October 2019

We are hosting an Open First Aid Training Event 21st October 2019. If you would like to complete fully accredited qualifications in either the 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), 1/2 day Annual Refresher or 1/2 day BLS qualifications, this is the event for you. Training will take place between 10am & 5pm.

The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require all employers to make arrangements to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. This includes carrying out a risk assessment, appointing a suitable amount of first aiders and providing appropriate first aid training.

Intended Audience

The 1 day QA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)  is a regulated and nationally recognised qualifications, specifically designed for those who are appointed to act as a first aider in their workplace. It is also ideal for people who have a specific responsibility to provide first aid in voluntary and community activities.

Course Overview  QA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) (attend day 1)

During this 1 day course, Learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including: managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, shock, wounds and bleeding and minor injuries.
